Duties & Responsibilities • Design Implementation and support of medium to large secure converged network infrastructures. • Design Implementation and support of medium to large VoIP/IP telephony & video conferencing/ telepresence projects • Provide presales solution support to the Sales Team early in the engagement cycle with customers
Skills & Experience • Minimum 6 years of experience in data, security and voice & video networking. • Expert-level knowledge of converged complex data/voice/video network infrastructure • Expert-level knowledge of routing & switching • Expert-level knowledge of network security • Proven experience in implementation and support of large VoIP/ IP Telephony projects. • Proven experience in implementation and support of video conferencing/telepresence projects • Advanced knowledge of core Cisco Unified Communications Solutions such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco Webex, Cisco Video Communication Server, Cisco ExpressWay & Cisco Integrated Services Routers, and Mobility • Good knowledge of Cisco Unified Computing system, data center technologies, virtualization technologies and operating systems • Experience in implementation of contact centers. • Good knowledge of other major vendors UCaaS technologies such as Mitel (legacy Shoretel) & Avaya • Good knowledge of Service Provider services and protocols such as SIP, MPLS and ISDN • Excellent communication skills
Required Certifications • Minimum Certification Requirements: CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Routing & Switching, CCNP Security, • Higher level Cisco certifications and other vendor certifications are a plus
